How do I cancel my device request in Moon HRM?

You can easily cancel your device request in Moon HRM by following the steps below.

1. Open the Moon HRM application on your device or tap on this link.
2. Go to Devices → Request Devices.
3. If the device is Occupied and Requested, you will get the option to cancel your request.
4. Simply click the “Cancel Request” button and confirm by selecting Yes.

Note:

The Device Request Management → All Data permission must be enabled for the role. To enable it, go to Admin → Role & Permissions → Edit Role → App & Restriction → Device Management → Edit and View.
