You can easily filter employees by skills in resource utilization analysis reports in Moon HRM by following the steps below.
- Open the Moon HRM application on your device or tap this link.
- From the main menu, navigate to Reports ➜ Employees ➜ Resource Utilization Analysis.
- Go to the Filter option, select Skill and All, and select Apply.
- The Skill will show details after the employee’s name.
Note:
In order for the skill to show under the employees, first you’ll need to add a skill by going to Admin ➜ Customizations ➜ Skill.
Once It’s added, you’ve added the skill to employees by going to Employees ➜ Select the employee ➜ Team & Skill.
