You are receiving a daily summary email because your company has enabled the feature to automatically send daily summary emails to employees at a pre-defined time. This summary email keeps your team members informed about absentees and those who have not yet arrived at the office.
However, if you want to disable the daily summary email for all your employees, follow the steps below.
- Log in to Moon HRM and go to the ‘Admin’ section.
- Head to the ‘Settings’.
- Click on the ‘Reports’.
- Find ‘Daily Summary Email’ and turn it off.
Please be advised that only authorized users, such as company owners or admins, can enable/disable this feature in Moon HRM.
