To enable EPF for a specific payroll group, go to Payroll Settings from the sidebar and open the Payroll Groups section.
Select the payroll group you want to configure and navigate to the Statutory Components tab.
Click on the EPF section to view all EPF-related settings for that group.

Enter the Employer’s Provident Fund Number and choose the appropriate Deduction Cycle.
Set both the employer and employee contribution rates as required for your organization.
Enable the checkbox to consider the employer’s contribution in the CTC if applicable.
You can also enable the option for full component eligibility when PF wage is below ₹15,000 post-LOP if your policy requires it.
Finally, turn on the option that applies EPF to employees in this payroll group; otherwise, EPF will remain disabled.

Click Update to save and activate EPF settings for the selected payroll group.
