How To Manage Orders?

To handle orders efficiently, follow these steps within the sales module:

  1. Access the order section.
  2. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive list of orders with various statuses.
  3. You can review detailed product listings along with order amounts for your reference.
  4. For orders with partial payments, a “Partial” tag will be displayed.
  5. To complete the remaining payment for a partial order, click the “Pay” button.
  6. You can choose your desired payment method to accept the payment.
  7. To initiate a return for an order, click the “Return Order” button.
  8. Manage the quantity of products you wish to return.
  9. Select the preferred payment method for the return order.
  10. Optionally, add any necessary notes when processing the return.
  11. Once the return process is completed, a “Return” tag will be visible.
  12. If you’d like to print the order receipt, click the “Print” button.
  13. To send the order receipt via WhatsApp, click the “WhatsApp” button and enter the recipient’s number.
  14. You can also email the order receipt by entering the customer’s email address.
