To create a new leave plan, open Payroll Settings and select the Leave Plan section.
Click the Add Leave Plan button to begin configuring a new plan.
Enter a title for the leave plan, then choose the leave types you want to include by selecting them from the list.
For each leave type, specify whether the leave will be calculated in days or hours, and define the yearly quota the employee is entitled to
- for example, 12 days of casual leave or 6 days of sick leave annually. You can also set the sequence in which leaves should be consumed using the Leave Priority option.

Once all selections and quotas are configured, click Save to create the leave plan and make it available for assignment to employees.
