How to generate an automated Detect Suspicious Activity ticket in Moon HRM

You can generate an automated Detect Suspicious Activity ticket in Moon HRM easily by following the steps below.

1. Open the Moon HRM application on your device or tap on this link.
2. From the main menu, navigate to Admin ➜ Automation.
3. In the Detect Suspicious Activity, you can enable the feature by turning on the toggle button or disable it by switching the same toggle off.

Note:

Two types of Suspicious Activity Emails can be received:

1. When a user performs In over In or Out over Out, both the Manager and Additional Manager will receive an email notification.
2. If the employee has the application installed on Windows or macOS, and the same key count is detected across three consecutive screenshots, an email will be sent to the Manager and Additional Manager.
