Which biometric devices are supported by Moon HRM and how to add a new biometric device?

Currently, Moon HRM supports the following biometric devices:

1. Matrix – https://www.marketing.matrixcomsec.com
2. Dahua – https://www.dahuasecurity.com
3. eSSL –   https://www.esslsecurity.com

Here are the steps to add a new biometric device.

1. Open the Moon HRM application on your smartphone or tap this link.
2. Go to Integration → Bio device and tap the Settings icon.
3. Click on the “+” icon to add a device.
4. Fill in the required details such as name, manufacturer, URL, username & password, device Capacity, and address.
5. Now, tap “Test Connection” to verify that the device is communicating correctly.
6. Upon successful test, you can tap Save to complete the setup.

Finally, tap the Connect button to finish the integration with the biometric device.
